Beatriz did my wedding hair and makeup, along with her assistants who did my bridal party's hair and makeup. The moment I saw her portfolio of work on Hitched, I was impressed as she can do a spectrum of different styles but all are very chic and elegant which is what I was after. When I got in touch, she was proactive and reassuring, sending tips on how to improve my hair and skin quality before the wedding and being available for any queries or comments.
The trial at my home was very calming - Beatriz is so easy to talk to and she was so flexible in her approach, adapting to any comments or requests for tweaks very quickly. She had already seen photos of my dress so had suggestions of what hairstyle would suit it. I have always done my own hair and makeup, so I find it extremely difficult to let go of control when it comes to my appearance. Add to that the nerves of wedding preparations... I was not an easy bride but Beatriz has the patience of a saint - she was amazing, she understood my requirements exactly and flexed as needed. Her responses to my ridiculous number of emails/questions were so in-depth, reassuring and understanding. I knew I was in safe hands.
On the day, Beatriz NAILED my look. The hairstyle was perfect for the dress, so Beatriz was absolutely right on this. I looked like a chic and sexy rockstar! Beatriz didn't have to but she even helped my bridesmaids dress me which I was so grateful for!
I feel fabulous on our wedding photos and my husband mentioned a few times on the day how hot he thought I looked hehe!
Beatriz's team did a fabulous job on my bridal party, even accommodating my mother's hairstyle at the very last minute, which I really appreciated. I was so impressed by all my bridesmaids' hair and makeup - they all looked gorgeous.
My makeup and hair stayed on all day and all night despite my crazy dancing and hugging and greeting all our guests.

Beatriz is a phenomenal make-up artist and hair stylist! She is extremely knowledgeable about skincare and hair; it's so wonderful to meet someone who is so passionate about their work! She ensured I achieved the most perfect look for my wedding day, including my mum and sister too! Beatriz is super professional and kept in touch with hair and skincare advice right up until the big day.
She replied promptly to all messages, arrived early to my trial and on my wedding day, and most importantly, she has an incredibly kind and warm personality which put me and my family at complete ease. As soon as I met Beatriz, I just knew she was exactly the type of stylist I needed: she listened to all my ideas and didn't stop until I felt happy with my final look. She suggested that I collect images of hair and make-up and spent time talking through all the options, trying out as many as I needed to, and ensuring that I ended up with a look I was happy with.
On the actual wedding day she was more than happy to make changes as I suddenly got a new idea I wanted to try out. She went above and beyond with such professionalism and grace. I was wearing Indian jewellery on my wedding day and Beatriz set my hair piece and all the additional pieces so perfectly. She even provided a touch-up kit which I used throughout the day. She is extremely generous and good-willed; it honestly felt like I was getting my make-up done by a good friend I've known for years. Such a warm heart, and an incredible talent. My mum, sister and I all have different hair types and Beatriz worked wonders on us all! She was never watching the clock. She was determined to get it right and we were blown away by the results! Beatriz also understood our South Asian skin types using products to match, enhance and even out our skin tone. She is well stocked with an excellent range of colours and brands. Our hair and make-up lasted the whole day and night (and that's with hours of dancing!)
I cannot recommend Beatriz enough. I wanted a stylist who understood that I wanted to achieve a natural but polished look, a look that still resembled me whilst enhancing my features, and in Beatriz I found just that!
I will definitely be using her services again in the future - she's such a lovely person to be around! Thank you so much Beatriz and wishing you continual success!

I first came across Beatriz on a curated list of top bridal hair and make up artists on Hitched. After reading her excellent reviews and seeing her work on Instagram, it didn’t take long for me to reach out to Beatriz to request a quote. And wow did she not disappoint!
Before my make up trial, Beatriz shared loads of useful tips for looking after my hair and skin. Immediately I knew that she was very experienced and knew exactly how to give me the best experience possible. When I met Beatriz during my make up trial, she was warm, personable and made me feel at ease straight away. She was open to all of my suggestions, and made valuable recommendations based on her expertise. It didn’t take long to land on a hair and make up style for my wedding day - Beatriz knew exactly what make-up shades to use to match my skin tone
On the big day, Beatriz did an absolutely phenomenal job on both my own hair and make up, but also my mum’s She could sense I felt a little nervous, and did a great job helping me to feel less stressed and more relaxed in the morning. Above all, the hair and make up she delivered was amazing, she made me feel so beautiful, and everything held up all day and late into the night.
I cannot recommend Beatriz enough for making this experience such an enjoyable part of our wedding and preparations. It was so easy to communicate with her and I always felt that I was in the best hands possible. Thank you Beatriz for helping to give us the wedding day of our dreams

I met Bea first for my 30th birthday party where she did a fantastic job of my hair and make up.
After then, I decided to hire her for my wedding hair and make up and her services were so wonderful. She was so helpful throughout the whole process, and was such a calming and kind influence on my wedding day. My bridesmaids and Mum looked beautiful, and she made me feel like a princess for my special day.
Bea is so kind and attentive and no ask was too much - she helped fit my veil, and touch up my make up in between the ceremony and reception.

I really can't recommend Beatriz more highly. She really made my wedding day feel amazing. All the follow up before the trial was crucial in choosing my look. She gave me a lot of advice as to what would look best with the style of my dress and my wedding. On the trial she was very patient, and was incredibly proactive in helping me step out of my comfort zone. On the day of the trial we got the perfect hair and make-up look. Thanks to this on the morning of my wedding I was able to enjoy myself while she did my hair and make-up, having all my confidence in her. She made me feel relaxed and helped me to enjoy the whole process, within all the stress of the day and my family around me. Thank you Beatriz for being part of my big day!
